The coaches are the best here! They always bring the energy and take the time to get to know everyone and always have your best interest. The group workouts, coaches, and overall atmosphere keep me coming back.

I like that I work my whole body harder than I could ever on my own. You also play bumping music that motivates and the group dynamic keeps you going! Two things keep me from giving five stars: the cost per class is a little high and it can be hard to follow along sometimes, even after I have been multiple times now.

The coaches are outstanding! Liv, Sarah, Lo, Kai and Michelle are great coaches. Love the music and how they keep us energized during our workouts. I’ve made great progress in my fitness working out with them and enjoy going 5 or more days each week. Definitely worth it!

I've tried a lot of different workouts (I dread most of them), but OTF is the one that I genuinely look forward to. Great workout, awesome energy and the coaches are great at motivating you to keep moving. Highly recommend!

If you’re contemplating, please do it! Best decision I’ve ever made for my mental/physical health. I was new to working out, 4 months in and I still look forward to class everyday!

I love OTF! It's a great HIIT workout. Well worth the money. The challenges and benchmarks are well set to push the competitive to keep improving. The coaches give clear instructions and lend motivation when you need it!

I love all of the coaches and front desk staff! They are always so positive and encouraging. I definitely would not do most of this workout on my own! I love when the call out individuals for either increasing speed, improving form, or getting to orange.. it really helps. I also really appreciate a challenge and have done things I have always told myself I couldn't. This is my third OTF club (after moving to a different city) and I am very happy and impressed with OTF West!
