Very nice facility and huge locker room. I went for the one day free trial just to use the hot tub and it was amazing, just what I needed. For a 2-year contract it would have been about $60 a month.

I just tried to Freeze my account since half the family is out of the country. I was told they would freeze it but we would still need to pay and the money would be taken off the end of our 2 year plan. How is that helpful for now? We mise well keep it and just go if we are STILL PAYING. Absolutely ridiculous and this wasn't explained thoroughly during sign up. Also your equipment is old. Get it together.

My club for 5 decades, PC - East continues to keep pace with the latest equipment and training technology. The younger me did right in the 1980's in picking such an outstanding facility. The older me is thankful for that decision and Princeton Club for being right there with me for every rep, set and lap that it facilitates.

7/23/2023 - This was my first time at Princeton East, and it was 2:30a.m. So, I had no problem parking although they have several saved spaces close to the door for senior citizens. I can say it is intimidating, even with the place was, virtually, empty on members. Princeton Club is a participant in the Medicare Silver Sneakers program.I am excited for my tour on Monday.

If it weren't for their amazing childcare, I don't think I'd ever have a chance to work out. My kids love it. I do too.

I went in to inquire about renewing my membership since I’d received two notices recently. I felt rushed into the process without being provided an explanation of how their renewal process works. Nothing overt, but if felt very impersonal and as if he only cared about taking my payment and going about his day. I somewhat regret renewing only because I’ve seen and experienced some poor or less than desirable customer service at this place. This was one of those. Now I’m locked in for 2 yrs (which he failed to mention from the onset of the conversation). In the end I went along because, for my schedule, the facilities themselves work for me. I wish there were more and better options in Madison at this price point.

I love the overall setup of the health club. There are many classes and times to choose from.

I want to give this location(along with PC in general) a 5 star so bad! The experience has been wonderful for me personally. I LOVE the equipment, I love the pool area and the staff are generally freindly but always helpful. The 24/7 access is excellent and that includes the pool area(its cleaned twice a week which is great but a disappointment when you only have to time to use it during cleaning time). Coming from planet fitness, there is a more variety of goers and although I dont feel judged I do overhear some snarks about other people when I'm doing my thing. Cant really help that but to counter they have added a women-only section which is totally appreciated. The only real gripe I have is the horror story I've heard from friends about getting squeezed for money. This is a contract gym and if you have interest in deactivating your account (or even 'relocation') there is a fee to cancel. Even during the pandemic there was little leighway to adjust and many who I have talked to have been turned off because of unexpected circumstances and it sounds like theres no wiggle room to get costs down. BOTTOM LINE : if your willing to pay and think you'll hold out for your contract, youll have a great time, I've never felt better about myself. Bonus points for a free day care while you workout! Just really make sure you know your cancelling fees(and when they are cleaning the facilities)

Thought about getting a membership for years. Always assumed it was too pricey. Come to realize it's actually quite affordable considering all that they offer. Very happy with my membership and the staff-super friendly!
