I’ve been a member of Supreme for over 23 years. The staff is amazing! Joe and Howie (the owners) are personally involved and know their members. I have loved Supreme for the last 23 years but I also have to say that I have been so impressed with how they are handling Covid and the precautions that need to be taken and how to creatively meet their members where they are.

Been a member here for around 15 years now. Great place for a low pressure, community type gym/workout facility. I'm on a first name basis with everyone who works at the counter and every owner. Just a great place to go.

I have been going to Supreme for over 15 years, and enjoy how convenient the location is for me. The water exercise classes are great and have wonderful instructors! Everyone is friendly, and I have been impressed with how concerned the staff is for everyone's safety during COVID.

Supreme might not be for you if you are looking for a meat market or 24/7 plates...go to Princeton, Planet or Anytime. If you are looking for a gym that has a more "old school"/family vibe...check out Supreme. Great free - weight area, swim lanes for laps, outstanding physical trainers, classes that will make you sweat and feel it the next day...and the best kept secret of fitness?Racquetball.Seriously folks. If you want good "cardio"...play an hour or two each week.Supreme has been since the 70's (unlike the clubs i mentioned earlier). It's worth your time to at least check it out.

It’s a small local gym. Equipment may be a little old and inconsistent but the owners and staff are genuinely nice and welcoming. Gym is never crowded. As a young women, I feel safe working out here and am able to get what I need done and leave feeling good that I was able to workout without having to wait on people using the same equipment.

This is a great, utilitarian gym. I've gone there for almost 20 years. I think my wife has gone for even longer. I love the location. They have good classes. I like the free weights and machines. My son likes the racket ball courts. My daughter likes the pool.

My elderly parents have been coming here for many years and it's a big part of their ability to continue living on their own. It's very age inclusive, as they have a regular group of friends to share coffee and conversation with as well as getting in some much needed physical activity. It's great for more active, younger folks too, with a large staff of personal trainers, group classes, swimming and racquetball.I have a couple of issues with them though. With the large number of seniors who regularly use the facility, their accessibility is lacking. The handicap parking is on a fairly steep slope, making it hard to get in and out of the car. There is a ramp to the door of the building, but no automatic door. They don't always take the best care of the ice in winter either. Making improvements would make a big difference to keep folks like my parents safe.Another thing I'd like to see changed is replacing the Styrofoam cups and plastic lids in their coffee service with compostable eco-friendly alternatives. There's a growing movement to eliminate single use plastics and it would be great to see them jumping on board.

I have loved my time at Supreme. They offer a variety of classes and the instructors are welcoming and helpful. I have enjoyed getting to know other members. They offer unique classes like TRX, have long hours, a small lap pool, do seasonal health initiatives for all members, and I have never seen it over crowded. It's a great fitness center!
