Bare Knuckle Murphy's Boxing Kickboxing/MMA and Go Ninja Aerial Fitness & Circus Arts

Trained here for about a year, as a 68 year old boxing enthusiast out for a self designed workout.Nice assortment of bags in basement, not a terribly attractive place but equipment variety and condition met my requirements.Place felt like an old tyme boxing gym.

Been coming here since i was 15. Coach Murphy is a walking book of knowlege and is a great person ontop of that. She treats everybody the same from the beginers to the serious fighters. If you are in the area you need to check this place out.

Coaches here are great thats the two stars, facilities are lacking. Seems the aerial fitness and circus skills are what’s important. The boxing is in a small low ceiling basement which is hard to train in. To make up for the low ceiling you practice in the park where people are drinking and smoking pot, not good for my kid to be around. Let me say again the coach for boxing is great! The images on the google sample are not what seen in the gym.

Been taking classes there for a couple of weeks now its pretty great there and coach travis is a pretty good coach

My son has taken boxing classes for awhile now. He loves it. Mrs. Murphy is awesome and his coach Zach is great!

Their lack of checking and answering emails, even though they provide an email address has made me look elsewhere. Too bad

Go ninja is an amazing place to learn all about aerial silks! Heather Murphy is very knowledgable in her art. She makes you feel safe and confident to try new skills. The entire Murphy family is extremely welcoming and there is never a dull moment at this gym!

I signed up my 8 year son for the week long circus ninja camp. He had a great time and the teachers are incredibly kind and patient. They spent time on aerial silks, boxing, and parkour. It was a great opportunity to try all of these sports and I'd recommend it for anyone.

Amazing place, great atmosphere, great people.Excellent place for beginners, intermediate, and even advanced boxers. The kickboxing is also amazing.

Great place to do sport. Top level coaches that provide high quality boxing and kickboxing techniques. If you are serious about boxing, this is the place for you. If you just wanna have fun, this is also the place for you.
