They will try to get as much money out of you as possible in shady ways that are “in your contract” and they can also legally sell your information which is INSANE

This is the first exercise program I have been able to stick with for years. Love all the coaches, Nick, James, Sarah, they make the classes fun and challenging. Every class is different. Love OT, try it!

I’m on my 350th class and Manchester Orangetheory is the best studio I’ve been to in the state. Everyone is valued equally. Coaches are top notch, very instructional, motivating , and caring. The office staff is friendly, open and patient. I always look forward to my Orangetheory family.Hats off to Coaches Anthony, Sarah, Jennifer, and James.Special kudos to Coach Nick who to me is the best coach in the region. You make classes so much fun.

I’ve been going to Orange Theory for four years. It’s the perfect workout for me, 1 hour of cardio, weights, and rowing. The workouts have a theme of strength, power, or endurance. It’s always a different and interesting workout. The time flies by. You can do anything for thirty seconds!I’ve tried a handful of other orange studios, in the USA. This one in North Manchester continues to be one of the best because of the instructors. They are caring and helpful in a gentle and professional way. At times it feels like you have a personal trainer. The music varies by instructor. It is a personal preference, it mostly works for me; there are a few not to my taste, but they switch up the song fast, so no worries. The studio is clean; it’s a bit smaller than some (but not the smallest one I’ve visited). That’s the only drawback, a small entryway, and studio. It’s minor. They did an excellent job during covid, keeping us all separate and safe.Classes are available and accommodate many schedules, seven days a week, some days start at 4:45 am, and some days the last class is at 6:40 pm. The schedule does change, and they do ask for input. They rarely cancel a class, and sometimes prime-time classes (6 am, some weekends, or right after the new year) can be difficult to get into, so it requires a little advance planning. Everyone is very helpful and friendly; it seems to be a job requirement; the coaches, managers, and desk staff.

I have been a member of OTF since 2015 starting in the North Nashua gym. However, I work at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester so when the North Manchester gym opened, I started signing up for classes to keep up with my OTF schedule. It's only 9 minutes from the hospital and I can take advantage of the different class times the gym offers. I typically see coaches Sarah, Anthony, Nick, and James and they are all WONDERFUL. They are energetic, knowledgeable, helpful when I need to modify exercises, and always acknowledge when I am doing my best. The front staff always welcomes you with a warm hello and keeps the studio impeccably clean. I love OTF wherever I go and I still love my home studio in Nashua, however, N. Manchester is like my home now too and has enabled me to get in more workouts throughout the week. If you're in the Greater Manchester area, I suggest trying a class and see what the OTF experience is all about - first class is FREE!
