After 13 years of inactivity I was lucky enough to meet with the team when they were doing registrations on the lot before they opened. Rachel signed me up , Rob set me up with the training team . Jessica , Marc and Joe have set me up with what suits me . I have never seen a more engaged team, a more caring team , a more sincere one. They care . They will not look at you as a number but a person they can help . I'm so looking forward to this new adventure with the entire team ! Thank you Ed also for sending me here .

Marc and Joe were great for personal training. If you like a boot camp style training these two got your back. They make sure you don't aggravate any prior injuries and have a great time doing it. Thank you guys for the help and look forward to training more.
