I’m a powerlifter and come here when I am unable to go to my coach’s gym, and say it definitely passes the test! Clean, solid equipment, and great staff. Definitely recommend if you want a good gym for a solid price! :)

This gym has everything I need, and the trainers are excellent. I just began a program with Marc. He is very knowledgeable and the plans he and his associates put together seem very high tier. Definitely recommend.

Been coming here for years, loved it. Watched it go downhill, always dirty, tons of missing or broken things, started going to other locations. Happily it has turned back to the inviting, sparkly clean gym it used to be. Wishing the hip abductor machine could get fixed tho!! Thanks to new manager Nicole!!

The current staff at the zoo is in my opinion the best overall staff that has been there since the beginning. The gym is always clean, bathrooms are always maintained, and the staff always takes time to greet me and talk to me as they are amongst the friendliest they've ever had there. You would be hard pressed to find a better staff in any gym anywhere

It runs exactly how a gym should run. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's a great place to get a good workout. And shout-put to Hailey for going above and beyond with the creative shakes.

Extremely unprofessional staff that don’t take the time to clean equipment, mirrors, or bathrooms. Staff are rude and there was period blood on the leg press last week…Workout Club is far superior.

I recently went as a guest with a friend. I was shocked when they didn't have any water so I had to leave and go to the nearest convenience store to get one before coming back, not to mention some of the machines had rust on them.

They simply do not understand how to treat their members. The gym is always dirty (I bring my own towel from home to ensure I don’t get any diseases). This is not something that should be happening at this type of gym. It is unacceptable. I have personally addressed my concerns to management and I have been met with ridicule and rudeness. I vow to never go back to this gym. They mad me feel weak and powerless. Please do yourselves a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Started going to this gym years ago, used to think it was alright and over time it has gone downhill in a big way. Cleanliness of the facility (both upstairs and downstairs) and bathrooms are visibly dirty. Smells constantly coming from upstairs bathrooms. Equipment is sub-par and it seems like the same pieces keep breaking and needing to be repaired which often takes months, I understand they are not responsible for how people use the equipment and they have policies to use things with respect but when things are broken/worn not enough attention is given to correcting the issues in a timely fashion for what people pay monthly. In the 3 years I had been going to this location I saw next to no improvements to the gym, only thing I saw was a hip-thrust machine get added and even after a while that had issues and was out of commission for an extended peroid. Lastly, there seems to be little accountability or transparency in the way the company responds to negative reviews of thier location. They only want to thank people who give them positive reviews, and anyone who gives a negative review no matter what it is, the issue is pointed back to the member, and in some cases I've seen they look up the member and tell them to update thier info so they can charge them more based on a past promotion they signed up with and should be grandfathered. they make it seem like they have done nothing wrong on thier part, and even if they do accept partial responsibility they don't seem to do much to correct the issue. The only reasons I give this gym a 2 star review instead of 1 star is the staff was always friendly and would help people with whatever questions they had, and it is a gym with 24/7 access which not all gyms in the area have. Hopefully this gym can turn things around because there are not many good gyms in the area, but in my experience I don't think that's going to happen.

Went and checked out The Zoo today. The manager Vinny was awesome! He helped us out significantly. We’ll definitely be back. Gym had everything you could ask for in a fitness facility.
