I signed up for the 6-week challenge and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. In addition to reaching the goal I was looking for, I developed the habit of exercising and today it is already part of my life. Thanks to Barbara for the accompaniment and to Sergio for being a great coach. Highly recommended!

Doesn’t matter if you are engaged with your own training pace or hooked with a friendly staff trainer, the experience will always be a positive one. A clean, friendly, no nonsense environment makes me leave Arri satisfied, happy and wanting to come back to achieve a better health.

I have had a great experience here shopping for a new valley gym to call home from San Antonio and back. Maya has been the most welcoming of all the reps here. It is 100 percent better than planet fitness, golds, and tru fit

Been a member since February 2018, going on 4 years strong! Great gym, owners are great people. After experiencing high quality I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommend. This gym sets the standard as to what all business models should strive to be.

This is the fitness center for serious individuals interested in health and wellness!The clean’s Gym I have ever known!!!This is a gym I come to 5 days a week !Never had I done this with the gyms I have been a member!Barbara and Marcus are awesome!I am enthusiastic about my workouts and my eucalyptus towel cools me off and rewards me after a good workout!Wow!
