I really love this gym, front desk staff is always welcoming, extremely knowledgeable! Cleaning crew here is TOP NOTCH, I appreciate the hard work of the people who clean this gym as they do an excellent job! This gym never fails me! The only negative here is the training department, extremely unprofessional group of young men. Despite that this gym deserves 5 stars!

Since the first day I had issues with the staff from daycare . Every report I would make to the manager nothing was actually done . One of the teachers told me my son was being picked on by an older kid and denied it in front of the assistant manager . When I went to go speak with the manager she told me I was “ banned “ from going to this gym . There has been several “ reports “ towards my 6 year old but I was not aware I could make reports against the staff . This daycare gym is horrible :)

Fraudulent bulling! A "new billing system" somehow randomly reopened an account on my behalf and started charging my card on its own.
