Big shout out to all the Hot Yoga team!! Thank you for creating a welcoming environment that gives me an opportunity to let go, be challenged, and feel the difference. The absolute BEST!!***The only thing you have to do is get to a class…any class…and the day is made!!***

Fun class and you get a great sweat! The only down side is that sometimes the classes get a little too packed.

Came from Chicago, Illinois to spend the holidays with family. We decided on a family private class with Ms. Faye. She was amazing and worked us out hard in her special HIIT class. Thank You Faye for the great experience and introducing us to this class and work out regiment. I haven't felt like that or have pushed my body like that since my Wrestling days. Appreciate everything and for the hospitality of this Studio. Nose Bleeds Anyone ( Don't worry We Got a Dr in the fam. ) Thank You so much this class was a highlight of our stay. Besos y Abrazos.

Beautiful environment! Really love the front desk staff, fitness & yoga instructor's attitudes! Highly recommend if you haven't tried already!!!

Absolutely loved it.It was amazing.The people there are so nice and would recommend it if your looking for a hobby or a way to exercise. It was so much fun!You get to meet new people and even make friends there.They have nice clean bathrooms with a shower and waters.

Love it! highly recommend it, the heat and exercises make a great combination to increase my flexibility, is really a great help to my muscles 💪🏼. The staff are very friendly and that cold towel at the end of the class is amazing very original idea 👍🏼 only at the Hot yoga Studio!🔥 …

Great classes! Make sure you take Bree's class. Not only is it a great workout but she makes the class enjoyable. She motivates you,reminds you to breath, pushes you ,and makes you feel proud. Love her class!!

The Hot Yoga Studio in both Mission and Mcallen is great. It’s a great place for all levels to join. Instructors/yogis Lili and Paola have the best classes for strength and progress in all your overall health and mind. From growing confidence in your abilities, to also gaining strength and pushing you to reach you maximum capabilities. All the classes at the hot yoga studio are fun and the schedules are great from early mornings to evening classes. So happy to have found this place and the environment is so welcoming. 🤩

Great classes, excellent variety and support staff. Clean facilities and organized schedule. The instructors are all wonderfully qualified and put energy and heart into their work!
