Glendy is an excellent Pilates coach. Their classes are personalized to the needs of each person. It helped me a lot with cramps in my feet, the exercises are specifically to increase circulation in my legs and strengthen the muscles. The classes are very accessible and adapt to the clients' schedule. You will feel great relief and well-being when practicing yoga with Glendy.

The best decision I made in my life when I started this personalized pilates class with Glendy... I felt that my body was very deteriorated, it was urgent to do something. I have 3 months to start and I change them in sight, they are not yet visible, but how I feel my super different arms and legs worked from the inside out... the strength and flexibility that my hips and legs have gained, I am happy and grateful to God and to Glendy who came into my life and is helping me a lot. After falling and tearing my meniscus, I was determined to improve my flexibility and coordination. The reason for my accident was poor balance and weak legs. I decided to try bi-weekly Pilates with Glendy. Glendy worked with me to tailor my workouts to address my balance and weakness in my legs. After just 10 weeks, I definitely felt more balanced but I also noticed greater stability and I felt better equipped to do some of my knee rehab exercises. Working with Glendy, I was able to improve my core and I’ve become more conscious of my core muscles on a day-to-day basis, this has really helped my posture when I am working at my desk sitting for long hours. I’ve also have gained an increase in my range of motion, because of this benefit, I am able to stand and walk for longer periods of time in spite of my knee condition. All of my progress would not have been possible without Glendy’s attention to detail and her ability to customize my workouts to address my knee condition. For these reasons and because she’s so easy to talk to and genuinely cares for her clients; I highly recommend Glendy to anyone considering Pilates. I, feel fortunate to have found such a caring and dedicated Pilates instructor in Glendy.
