Fantastic location. Brand new facility with all new equipment. The two owners are very humble and helpful to every single person. This is also the largest Anytime Fitness in the area. They have a large group fitness area with numerous squat racks! Also they always keep citrus twist bang and snickerdoodle cookies available in the fridge :-)

This gym is awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have done A dozen or more spartan races and many 5K’s and things of that nature. I’ve kind of plateaued due to a shoulder injury that I have and thanks to these guys I have alternative ways to get the results I want without further injuring myself. They take the time needed to help you become a better version of yourself. Awesome Gym highly recommend

Super convenient, super clean, super friendly owners - who know me by name. The gym is well equipped and not busy, so no waiting time for anything. Very welcoming and casual environment no matter your level of fitness and experience.Most importantly for me, there are several power racks so I can complete my barbell routine without having to wait for someone else to finish, and I’m not holding up anyone else. Plus, they have a great safety barbell for use if you have shoulder mobility issues!Anytime is a great gym chain to join, especially if you travel around the metroplex or the country. If you’re in West Frisco/SE McKinney this gym is a no-brainer.

Great place to workout. Kody and Mike are wonderful owners that care about you and are great at motivation. Group training is a blast, even if you are completely exhausted afterwards. They are great at adjusting their workouts for all my older age issues.I was hesitant to join a gym again, but they have made me feel at home.

This is a great fitness facility that has brand new equipment and group fitness training. The gym is extremely clean and staffed by the owners who are both extremely knowledgeable trainers. If you are looking for a gym to just grab quick cardio, complete a full workout or take a class this is the place. You won’t find a more supportive and encouraging community at the big box gyms.

Excellent gym. Well maintained and clean. Energetic management on site who make an effort to know each person. Solid group routines, too. Tried out quite a few gyms in the last year. This is the best one I found for me. Nice people, not too crowded, and has all the equipment I need. Plus 24/7. Kinda in the name!

I can easily say that this gym is the best! It is clean and they offer a variety of equipment. I can guarantee that no matter how many times you come you will never get bored of working out. Workout sessions are also very highly recommended. But I think that the best part of all, are the two wonderful coaches, Mike and Kody! Everyone gets one on one attention thanks to them. During workout sessions healthy recipes are also given out to make sure that you ate at your maximum potential. There are also daily challenges to make sure that even at home you don't give up. Loving that this location just opened up down the street from my office! Everything is brand new, very clean, great location to work out then run errands after. The staff is so helpful during enrollment and they even do a free consultation after you sign up to get you started with your workout goals! Plus they are so friendly! Glad I found my new gym home. :)

Love it! I was not a “gym person” before ...Kody and Mike (the owners) made me love going to the gym! I actually look forward to going to our group workout, feel awful when I miss a session. They are genuinely invested in everyone’s success, very knowledgeable, push and encourage you to your full potential and they are fun and very nice guys! The Gym is clean, nice and friendly environment!

Great small gym feel with all the equipment you could ask for. Corey was great and it’s open 24/7! Everything is brand new and SUPER clean. Private showers available too
