24 Hour Fitness

I've been a member at the gym for a long time and the new sales manger is the most unprofessional and rude manager I've ever met. She is not a good representation of 24 hour fitness in anyway.

Never been to a 24 hour fitness before and was looking to check it out this week. The manager chad was rude and said we could not use our guest pass because there was too many people but we could pay 24 dollars for a day pass. Pretty ridiculous after I had drove 20 minutes to go check it out. Wouldn’t recommend this gym

Very disappointed took forever to find my account. The Manager set my appointment up but nothing was in the Computer! Was told I had special appointment with a Trainer for the Tour. I left don't think I will use them. Nothing presented when joined was correct.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but the steam room has been down over 4 weeks now. Pretty ridiculous. Plenty other things that are wrong with this facility, but I get it it’s a difficult operation to run. Just fix the steam room. All I ask.

I just started working out here today and this place just felt disgusting to me. I would rather pay double to go to a gym that isn’t so overcrowded, filthy and had better equipment.The locker rooms were particularly bad. They were disgusting, trash was overflowing, All the toilets were clogged and I left the shower this morning not feeling clean at all. I’ve been in truck stop bathroom’s that were better cared for than these locker rooms. It smelled like because the toilets weren’t working that everyone decided to just pee everywhere else. Not to mention the fact that there were no towels to be found. It would be nice if this would be a place where I could workout, use the restroom and shower and not leave the locker/restroom feeling like I need to go home and shower again.I don’t know if they need to hire or fire people, but it is clear that this facility is woefully mismanaged. I’m strongly considering a membership elsewhere and would encourage others to do the same until the issues are addressed and the place is kept up with.

Clean and everything works. 10-2 pm is least crowded time

I became a member 1.5 months later. The usage process took place within 4-5 minutes. Any attendant working in the hall did this very quickly. I wanted to cancel my membership due to my busy work schedule. They said only the store manager can cancel. I want to cancel my membership because I can't come. I cannot come at the time when the manager comes to the store. Please help me.

Tired of the GM and staff not saying anything to these people with cameras and tripods. Wanna record yourself, cool but don’t put a huge tripod in front of the free weights then ask me to stop curling and move over so you can record. Already brought this issue up and they still haven’t told them anything.

Offers no options, refunds and no partial refunds if charged yearly and you miss the renewal date for cancellation, even if only by one day. Very unfriendly customer service policies. They have no common sense policies and just want to take as much of your money as possible.

Great price for a great gym. Thebsauna and steam room are always working which is my favorite part of my workout, and the gym is never too crowded. Totally recommend this place.
