I love the variety of classes offered at Club Pilates and enjoy the challenging workouts. Susan is an incredible instructor and I always look forward to her class! She does a great job creating workouts that can be tailored to anyone’s fitness level and focuses on form while having fun!

I’ve been an unlimited member here for about 9 months. I’m in love with my morning routine of Pilates with Kaylen or Cara. Kaylan, has the tone of an angel and keeps the class fun with her wittiness. Cara is always in the best mood & ready to explore her latest researched position. So much fun!I’ve seen a significant change in my body and even gained some posture awareness in my everyday life. Who knew this quick activity could be so effective?! Crazy thing is…I don’t leave drenched in sweat but boy do I feel it the next day! The key is consistency with this activity. You’ll need to be consistent to give yourself time to properly learn the positions. It can be intimidating at first then you realize we’re all trying our best. Haha. The instructors will correct you if you have it completely wrong, they understand we’re not all professionals. lol.Overall, worth the investment.If you’re interested in seeing how fine I’ve gotten.. see the below! lol1 class 5 days a week

I love Club Pilates! The workouts are always different. No boring stuff here. I’m very proud of the progress I made in a few short months and it is due in large part to the awesome community and the amazing instructors. I start my week every week at 6 am with Cara who is a burst of positivity, creativity, and encouragement. Even when Monday is a drag, I know Cara and my Monday morning crew will inspire me. Each instructors brings a little magic to the mix.
