Tried the Peloton. Sold the Peloton. My friend told me about F45. I love it. Been going for 2.5 weeks now. 2-3 days per week. I love that during the work out I don’t need to think about what I need to do next. The programs are well thought out. After the workout I feel great. I highly recommend this program. The coaches at West McKinney location are very nice and motivating as well.

Loving this new family. Everyone's very positive and encouraging. I've been to 10 classes now in my first 3 weeks and I've only done one workout twice. Feeling stronger, can go longer without stopping, and I'm regaining confidence.

I wanted to write this review to let anyone know that if you want to get fit not just for looks but for your health this is the place to do it. The work out system has been designed to take all the guess work out and all you have to do is show up. All the staff and trainers are great and caring. They will work with you to make adjustments as needed and motivate you. Please call Ryan (manager) and he will take all the time to make sure you feel comfortable and set you up for success. I am a member and when I started out I was in such bad shape I could not even jump or move well. I gained my health and I am grateful to the team at f45. Nima Razi

It’s such a fun atmosphere & the trainers are all phenomenal!! You always feel welcome & encouraged to push yourself!! The way the workouts are structured keeps it fun & never boring!!

Great experience. My workouts have been lagging the past few months and I needed a boost. This definitely delivered! Christy and Kelsey were great and very motivating. I left exhausted. Will definitely be back!

I love it. I love the atmosphere and the people there. Today was my first day and I must say I really enjoyed it. Christy is very hands on if you need help with a workout. This is definitely what I need to reach my fitness goals.

Absolutely love this gym! The trainers are so welcoming and make each class fun! They push you to exceed your goals and help if any modifications are necessary. I’ve never been one to wake up early to workout but now I wake up excited and happy to attend the early classes.

This was an intense 45 min workout that hit all the parts of my body I wanted to hit! I felt amazing after and I can't wait to go back on Wed! The instructor was motivating and very nice and the same goes for the other participants in the class. Great environment to get FIT!
