They’re essentially a small business, CrossFit gym.I like it because there’s a sense of community and classes are small. Limited to 16 but the most I’ve shared a class with is 8 others.Also, I don’t feel the humiliation of not being young, slender, or fit.Everyone goes at their own pace. Emphasis is put on safety and learning.Plus, there are many examples of fit men and women that are older than me there.I wasn’t upset about how I looked before. I wanted a healthier life. The short program I did at FCF helped me add many healthy habits to my life in less than 4 weeks. Exercise was just a small part of it.

I can't talk highly enough about this gym and the owners and trainers. I wasn't getting results and needed to switch up my workouts, and it's been refreshing working out somewhere where you're motivated to push yourself, but where proper form is constantly preached.This is the quickest drop in body fat and the quickest muscle gain I've seen since going to gyms, all without aggravating my old injuries. This gym is truly one of a kind.

Between the coaches and the members this gym brings so much fun into working out. I was someone who was nervous about a group workout but it’s the best thing I’ve done! I love the combination of bodyweight strength and weighted strength work along with the functional fitness work. The lifting technique work on Fridays is an excellent addition. The CF box I started with in 2013 did this and I have really missed it since :)

Love this gym and community. John is an amazing coach making sure you get a great workout using proper technique. Love the team classes makes me work so much harder then just going to a normal gym running on a treadmill or lifting weights on my own. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
