I recently visited this location and absolutely impressed by the facility, location, particularly staff members/Nancy and coach Hollie.Nancy, staff member, is the most thoughtful, cheerful and caring human being on earth. Such a genuine soul. She was very flexible and offered suggestions to make sure I’m not late for class. Explained the different station options and which ones offered more real estate/room on the floor, etc. This is huge for me as most studios give you very little room/floor space.She made sure the coach is aware I am a first time visitor, but long time OTF member.I know some people take these interactions for granted, but Nancy always makes sure that your interactions with her have long lasting impact.Always greets you with a smile, spreading good vibes, gets you excited for the workout, and encourages you to keep going. I think that is HUGE. Coach Hollie was very thorough in her direction and had a FIRE playlist that got us all pumped.Gyms are a dime a dozen and sometimes staff members can get caught up in the repetitive nature of the interactions they have with gym members. They stop thinking about the impact these interactions might have on people’s day. Especially if you work out in the morning. It sets the tone for the ENTIRE day, sometimes the entire week.Nancy, keep up the great attitude and the good vibes. The world needs BOTH.
