This place is very tidy and felt much safer to go workout especially during the COVID situation and that was one of the reasons to sign up as well. Friendly instructors paying much individual attention. I had a billing concern and confusion and it was well taken care and addressed when I reported it.

Great workout - keeps your body guessing with the varied spin/strength/yoga offered daily. I used to do CG, and while it’s much less expensive, I don’t have to buy and lug around equipment anymore 🙏🏼. It’s also not weather dependent and there are lots of classes at the same, convenient location. Worth the money. I truly look forward to going!

I signed up before the location opened and it did not disappoint. I have done spin for years at different locations and honestly, I am NOT a cardio person. I love that Spenga gives you 20 minutes for spin before moving onto the next workout, weight training (which is my favorite.) You end the hour workout with Yoga and I can tell you, I am way better than when I started. The yoga is relaxing and especially as a beginner it was difficult in a sense because I am not flexible. Those who love different activities, this helps change things up every 20 minutes. Let me tell you, you sweat. It works and keeps you wanting to go back for more.Highly recommended. The staff is great and personable. Every instructor I have had was wonderful and motivating. There is an instructor for everyone. Check them out!

Loved it when Chelsey started SPENGA! Having major problems since she left. I canceled my membership by written notice to them back on 12/26/21. I have called and left messages as they are still charging me. Beware! Workout is great, but don’t lock into a commitment if you don’t have to. I had to drop SPENGA due to their workout times being offered. None great for a full time working mom with a toddler who has to be dropped off and picked up by a certain time. When it first opened times were much better.

This is a great place that makes working out fun and challenging. I am 54 and have not exercised in years and wanted to check this place out. So glad I did, I look forward to my sessions unlike any other place I have ever joined. Its like having your own personal trainer in a group setting. You ride the bike for 20-25 minutes, then strength training for 20 minutes and end the session with Yoga. I have a bad shoulder and hip, but I am still able to get most of the work done. After each session, you get an email showing how you did and giving you the numbers. Everybody there is friendly and helpful and I recommend this to anybody.

The stars have nothing to do with the workout. I really love my time there. It's a fantastic program. Unfortunately, I am sick and rather than exposing others, I am not going to be able to use 2 of my 8 workouts that I pay for monthly. Even for an illness they will not reimburse you or roll over what you pay for. You don't use it, you lose it, even if you are sick. You can freeze your membership for the NEXT month, but you still lose out on workouts you pay for.I will most likely be canceling my subscription overall because of this.*Editing from two stars to five.* After reading this review, the manager got in touch with me and said that this was in fact not their policy and she rolled over my 2 unused paid for classes for when I'm not sick, and easily suspended my membership so I'm not being billed automatically until I am well enough to come back. Michelle is fantastic and very professional and great to talk to. She definitely cares.I do hope that their employees are now informed that they are able to assist those who are sick instead of telling clients that they will just lose what they pay for even with a legitimate reason.
