I would not say that I am a runner. The reason why I joined STRIDE was because my rowing gym closed. I needed a workout community and I knew one of the coaches. Here I am 6 months later rocking it. What I love is that all of the coaches bring something of their own. There is not one class that is the same. I have the ability to workout on my own, but having a coach see my potential and challenge me makes the workout worth my while. They also truly want to get to know you as a person. They want to help you and see you reach those goals. Your own personal cheerleader.If you are on the fence, try it out. The first class is free. I promise you, it'll be worth it.

Awesome place and the best fitness place I've been to and I've tried them all. Great workout that pushes you but you can go at your own pace if you want to. Burned around 800 calories per 55 minute workout. A+ Rating. You've got to try it.

I used to be my own little lone wolf runner among my friends - but it's been so cool to find a running community.Who knew that on the day my coworker suggested STRIDE to me, I'd find something that would go on to become a huge part of my life!Seriously, I love this gym. It's been huge for my mental health, and bonus: STRIDE members get deals on a bunch of Dallas races. They just snagged me a free 5k this Saturday...looking forward to hanging out in our team tent with the free goodies, cold towels, and yoga mats they're so courteously setting up for us! #gostrideorgohome

First off, i'm not a runner. I joined back in March and have seen my endurance and cardio fitness improve dramatically. Classes are great and always challenging. Coaches, staff and facility are top notch.

I am LOVING Stride!My coworkers and I go to the 5:30am classes together and have nothing but good things to say regarding this studio. The coaches all have great energy and really push you to do your personal best.

I have been going to STRIDE since 2 months. Its a running based gym which helps you to train for Races , build endurance and strength building to prevent injuries. All the different sessions are great and coaches very helpful.

I have been going to STRIDE for a few months now, on and off. I love to change it up and especially now, when it’s so hot outside, I know I can always get a great workout in!I also love how versatile the workouts are, so it can work for any fitness level.Great, clean environment, dynamic atmosphere and coaches. I always look forward to my workouts at STRIDe!

I joined in March and attend at least 2x a week. Was not a fan of running but you should see me run now. :-) 🏃🏻♀️ My endurance has grown and I love the coaches especially Sarah. The staff is wonderful and the coaches go the extra mile to make it fun and engaging.The space is perfectly lit, always clean and the A/C and fans are just what we hot Texans needs to keep our bodies moving.
