Currently in the middle of the 6 weeks challenge, I'm impressed with the completeness of this program as it provides nutritional guidance as well as a challenging workout routine with great trainers. Absolutely recommend The Camp at McKinney to anyone that wants a healthy change in their lives.

I was skeptical at first but, i’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up for a 6 week challenge with The Camp. I have now completed my first challenge and I couldn’t be happier to say I will be doing my second challenge and can’t wait to see my results this round. Thank you to all the staff for being so motivating and for all the trainers for pushing me to strive for my goals. If you’re looking for a place to get you back into shape this is it. They won’t let you down and you’ll be held accountable every step of the way! Come check it out, you won’t regret it!

In short: I love this place - I love the people, the programs, and the facility. If you are a someone who is genuinely committed to changing their lifestyle for the better, then this is the place. If you thrive in a reinforcing & positive atmosphere and community, then this is the place for you. This is especially experienced during the 6 week challenges (I took the 20 pound one). However, if you are someone who is more on the casual side and is self sufficient, then I would truthfully say that your money is best spent elsewhere. Bottom line is that it depends on the type of person that you are and what your criteria for success is. I also would like to commend the Camp Director, Sam, for hosting such an amazingly immersive experience. He along with the front desk staff & trainers truly cultivated the team aspect and culture. You always feel welcomed when you arrive. Lastly, I would like to commend the additional fitness programs here (“Elite” programs) for example: kick boxing. The diversity of options is growing and I am looking to return to this place in the very near future! Mad love to all the team members 🤙🏼s/o to Damion, Veronica, Christian, Dani, Nick, and Tasha for being amazing trainers 🙏🏼

You another next door thieves. They will tell you that they will refund your money if you attend their challenge, but they will never do by making excuses of different kind. The indian guy Sam, will try to sell all kind of cosmetic protein powders and bars to you and will advocate for them by telling you that the natural produces are not good for health.Beware everyone, I would recommend not to join them.

I succefully completed the 6 week 20lbs challenge i ended up loosing 4 lbs more than my goal for a total of 24 lbs. Im really happy with my results, i couldn't have done it without the help from the staff and trainers. They provide you with a meal plan and i'm going to admit that was the hardest part of this challenge but it works it definitely works. The classes never got boring it was always something different and challenging. If you are looking to get fit i strongly recommend the camp transformation center of mckinney.
