Just really make sure you’re ready for the commitment. I called after I had lost my job and told them the circumstances. I thought I was closed out of the contract. I was not and a debt collector called me three months later asking for over $450. So just make sure communication is good on both sides. The top manager is a great guy.

At first it was great. Then Covid hit which affected all of us. I started going back and things are OK for a minute. I got injured and broke my ribs and froze my account. My account was unfroze without my authorization and I was charged for multiple months. I contacted the manager Isaiah who had every excuse in the book as to why the charges were legit. I am still baffled as to how a manager can pressure a customer and charge them when they are not medically cleared by a professional.It’s absolutely insane to expect a customer to pay for something they medically are not cleared to do. I in fact offered multiple times to pay whatever fees to hold my account but apparently that wasn’t good enough. I will never be returning to this business again.I stand with what I said and you can put whatever spin on this you want. I communicated clearly about the situation and was treated rudely by some of your staff. A review is someone’s experience with a business and this was mine. You’re entitled to your opinion just as I am.

I LOVE Title of Mckinney! I have never attended a class without the owner, Justine, being in the gym and very present. She is there 24/7 making sure her members are happy, healthy and safe! Isaiah and Sharlyn are such knowledgeable and friendly operations personnel! The coaches-Geez, I just can't say enough. Albert, Delmer (head coach, super experienced), Dustin, Francis, Isaiah, Marc-they work so hard for their members. It's very obvious they love what they do!

I am SO HAPPY I tried this! I’ve been going to this location for the last two months and could not be happier. I already see and feel a huge difference in my body and overall health. The trainers are awesome (my favorite is Mark because he screams heavy metal at you the entire class, which makes us laugh, and the energy is LEGIT 😂) and all of the staff are SO NICE! You must try it! You’ll get addicted 👏🏻🙌🏻

I joined the club in Feb 2022 and have no regrets:) trainers help challenge you as you progress.The trainers are skilled, knowledgeable and workout level variations are fantastic!!Never a dull moment, extra bonus kickboxing, boxing, weights, cardio machines and love the personal training options too!! Did I mention Skilled Trainers 🙌🏽 🤗

Great place, great people and great coaches and staff. Everything about this place is 5 star for me. I have never been a gym person, but I am hooked! Just love being there. Me and my wife both enjoy working out here, I can’t think of an experience like this before joining this gym.Everyone here will motivate you to be the best version of yourself. Each coach bring their own style and make each session different and worth the pain, it never gets easy and never gets boring :)My wife and I are very thankful to the club and every member, such a close knit community always smiling, friendly and gets you pumped up.Highly recommend this club, I have never had a dull moment, always stepped out feeling great. Give a try, push yourself for the first one week and thank me and club later :)
