Great experience of dancing and aerial fitness. However I managed to escape from that studio.I felt overwhelmed with aggressive selling during the classes by the owner. It was so annoying that I couldn’t wait to end my contract with them. As my annual enrollment wouldn’t let me leave without a penalty. So I had to attend classes for a year. The instructors are incredible and talented, studio is new and spacious. However prices are high for everything and the fact that the owner always tried to sell you something. Studio sends zillions of emails, messages and Facebook messages. So irritating. Just like bad dreams, nightmare. Wasn’t pleasure to feel to be sold or to be obligated to buy more stuff and services. I just wanted to have fun and enjoy my new hobby after work.Hopefully it changed by now. I was attending studio in 2020

So fun! The instructors bring such positive energy and are super helpful to new beginners. They teach modifications if there is previous injury to be conscious of so it's more comfortable. It is a very inclusive environment and the staff is friendly and supportive. I like trying all the different classes to see which of them will be something I hope to explore more. Your body will get an excellent workout and you will learn to appreciate it more for what you are capable of doing with it. The classes are wonderful for building confidence and developing strength. It's personally helping me overcome some fears and alleviate my anxiety so I'm thankful for that. The name Bliss fits and it really feels like it. Hope to enjoy and experience more in the future.

Bliss Fitness is one of the best dance studios with great instructors, friendly and caring managers, receptionists, very clean and beautiful dance rooms. When I knew about Bliss Fitness I felt like I found a treasure. It blew my mind with an amazing variety of dance classes. I got a 2 week trial for my birthday and it was the best gift I’ve ever had. I tried almost every class. I never thought that pole dance would be my thing until I tried it at Bliss Fitness. Now I’m in love with pole dance. I tried Lyra (hoop) first time in my life I had so much fun. All classes are for small groups and you get help and enough attention from instructor. Bliss Fitness is like a family where you feel free, comfortable, beautiful, and inspired. It is a place where you can grow your confidence and give love to your body. Also for those who don’t like to work out at the gym every class at Bliss Fitness will give you perfect exercise for your body!

This is a great place! I took my first class without any knowledge of pole and the instructor Kaley was great! I had a lot of fun, and being a beginner I felt comfortable and not judged at all. I would definitely recommend this studio if you want to add fitness to your life or if you would like to feel confident. Seeing others of all shapes and sizes doing these amazing moves motivates me to take another class, and all the other participants were so encouraging!

I cannot adequately express how life-saving this studio and the people in it are. Not only are they helping me acheive my goals for my health, but they provide such a supportive atmosphere and genuinely care about their patrons and employees. I couldn't have asked for a better place to work out and connect.

I have tried to find a type of exercise that I enjoy that made me feel motivated. This place is it! The environment is so welcoming and allows you to be free. I feel so empowered every time I leave there. Highly recommend to anyone who has wanted to try something like this!

signed up for aerial workshop which got canceled within hours of first scheduled class. spent over sum total of an hour on phone with 3 different employees in an attempt to get refunded which never happened. 6 months later i continue to get unsolicited text messages from them inviting me back to their classes which would almost be funny if it wasn't my time and $300 they had wasted.

Had my bachelorette party here at bliss and our instructor for the poles was kiara (Kiki) and she was so fun and professional. She was patient and helpful and made it so much fun. I would definitely recommend this place and her for anyone looking to have a good time or even for something new and challenging

after months (no lie almost a year) of consistent searching for a specific dance style that i really wanted to learn that wasn’t in a big city like tampa, miami, or orlando, i finally found it at bliss studio in downtown Melbourne with kiara: stiletto werk!no lie, when i went there for my first class i had all types of hesitations, but kiara was warm, inviting, friendly, open, and made me feel comfortable with my decision immediately.and when i say this girl knows her stuff, i mean she really knows her stuff! she graduated with her masters of fine arts at NYU in dance, she has studied in paris, and she is not only nice to look at ;) she is patient, genuinely kind, and humble.she explains each move’s technicality and breaks it down and takes her time to make sure everyone is getting it right with their own “essence,” and let’s you know it’s ok to ask questions and make mistakes because it’s how you learn- zero judgement because we all start somewhere and we are all unique.by doing this class with her i have learned so much in such a short period of time!in 4 weeks of going there 1 time per week for 50 minutes (literally just for the this class, and it goes by fast y’all) i have learned so much more than i imagined i would.before starting these classes i was your average random “girls night out” dancer, i had a few “go-to” moves in my arsenal, and would dance around at home and practice just for fun- if you know you know! lolbut i wanted to not just have a few good moves, i really wanted to learn what it means, and how it feels to be a truly good dancer.i didn’t understand technicality and how to flow and make moves look seamless at all times without feeling like a complete dork or feeling like i was probably doing it all wrong, and i especially didn’t think i was able to memorize any choreography since i had tried many times by watching dozens and dozens of YouTube tutorials and never felt like i was getting the moves exactly right, so i would get frustrated, and quit.in “stiletto werk” when we are doing our last choreo run through we can record and take it home so we can practice. kiara shares the songs we danced to with us so we aren’t practicing to music that we didn’t learn the choreography to once we’re at home. i find this to be a huge help!kiara makes the entire learning process fun and let’s each person be themselves which it think is special.every time you go in you will leave there with more confidence in your dance skills and having learned something new that you didn’t think you would understand or be good at doing before.case and point: since i have started taking these classes i have learned 2 choreographed dances- 2! remember those YouTube tutorials i couldn’t get? yeah, i am able to pretty much nail them by going to going to these classes. that is just insane for me to even think about. and that is all because i have a great instructor.every time i go in at the end of a long work week i leave feeling good, less stressed, with a big, stupid smile on my face, and endorphins like you wouldn’t believe.honestly, i can’t say enough good things about kiara and this class she teaches! i am a raving fan (clearly!) she is amazing, she oozes confidence, and her teaching is chef’s kiss!stiletto werk is sexy, flirty, and fun dancing. what kiara also teaches is how to keep it classy, and take it to the edge without going over the top. i really like that!you will learn the technicalities of walking, spins, pivoting, transitioning from floor to standing and vise versa, kick ball change, how it all connects and can crossover into many other styles of dance (and yes, she incorporates all styles of dance) and so much more!i could go on and on but i am going to end my ranting rave review here:if you’ve been thinking about signing up, and have been on the fence about whatever it is: not spending the money, not sure it’s right for you, afraid you will be judged, afraid of not being any good, etc. get off the fence and sign up now! i am telling you, you will not regret it!

Bliss has quickly grabbed a very special place in my heart! I've been a member for the past 6 months & love every single second of my training there (and, I've been putting in A LOT of time there).First of all, they are so inclusive & open-armed, and welcoming to all. All fitness levels & body types are more than welcome here! The staff and other members are so encouraging to each other. It's rare to find a group of women uplifting other women in this way & I am ALL about it!!This is all thanks to the owner, Basha, who is a sweet, kind, and genuine soul!! She really cares about her clients & her business and it shows!! ❤️They go above and beyond and bleach & disinfect every corner of the studio every single day & have other protocols in place to make sure people feel comfortable and safe in the age of covid. I don't know of any other workout facility in town that goes anywhere near the extent that Bliss does! ❤I can't tell you how many times I've gone in there for an attitude adjustment. 😉 Maybe having a bad day or just in a bit of funky mood & after spending an hour (or 3) dancing and spinning upside down on apparatus, I leave there feeling like a mother f###ing GODDESS & just strutting to my car as I float home on a cloud. 😉Bliss is not just a fitness studio but has quickly become a second home & extended family to me. The staff, coaches, and other members & are all amazing & it's an honor to know them.If you are reading this -- come dance with us! You won't regret it! (Or, send your girl to come dance with us -- you will be her hero forever) 😛I love you, Bliss fam!!!! 😘😘😘
