This gym is fantastic and has a wide variety of equipment for every level of fitness. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Instructor lead classes with Hien are phenomenal. There is a wide range of Les Mills virtual instructor classes as well. Check out the sauna, tanning, and massage beds, too. I'm so happy I joined.

I signed up for Club4 fitness today. I walked in and was greeted right away. The Manager Will was very professional and showed me around the gym. He also explained the equipment and what body part it works. He was very knowledgeable about all the plans they offer. I picked one and I'm happy with it. Will and his staff did an awesome job friendly and very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work💪💪

Nice gym, but customer care is AWFUL. Be prepared for them to conveniently not disclose the "maintenance" fee, and then berate you when you call them out after it hits your bank account. Is this really how you want your customers to feel?! Grown man yelling at my mom over $49. "YoU sHoUlD hAvE rEaD tHe CoTrAcT." Yeah I would have if your employee didn't TAKE MY PHONE and do it all behind my back! Watch out ppl, and ask about ALL OF THE COSTS. I'd record the convo too :)

Amazing facility with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially love the sauna and hydro massage area. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Regional Manager David.

I joined om 2/14 red light booth was opened i enjoyed. Since then not able to use. Was told will be able to use on Monday 2/20. Asked if could use hydrobed for additional 10min. was told No. Not very happy the6y did not compensate. Will see if after Monday I will be a happy camper:)

I had some questions to ask about pricing/memberships and was basically laughed out of the establishment by a manager there. I felt humiliated. Not sure who thinks this kind of treatment to prospective customers is a good business model. Will not be back.

Went to check out the gym and the gym seems nice but the customer service there was awful. Worker was openly mocking people who were working out there and it made me super uncomfortable. Will not be back.
