Great gym! A lot of equipment and always seems to be kept clean. Very friendly staff and were super helpful with signing me up!

At first glance this gym looks great, with all new equipment and a nice structured facility. But then you get to the staff… The “manager” is rude and has an attitude the entire time she is speaking with you. She also tries to shame you for wanting the $10/mo membership instead of the $25/mo one acting as if you are too poor to afford the one that is $15 more. Now if that already didn’t scare you off then the staff sure will. It seems like they have no work to do while on the job so they just stand there judging and making fun of whoever is working out. If you are coming to the gym for the first time and already intimidated by other gym goers then why would you want the STAFF of a gym to watch your every move and make fun of you? This is such a shame because it is a nice new gym added to the area but the staff has ruined it for me and probably many others. I would rather pay $50/mo then come back here with that staff.

Very happy with this gym. The staff is great, especially in the Kid’s Club. I have always had polite and professional discussions with their management. The equipment is brand new and always clean. My wife is a big fan of their hydro massage and red light therapy.

One of the best gym's in town with amazing staff. The gym is always clean and equipment is checked for maintenance almost everyday from what I seen. You can't beat all the incentives the gym has to offer with the price. Would highly recommend signing up.

I've been going to this gym for the past few months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch and the equipment is in excellent condition. But what really sets this gym apart is the staff, particularly Samantha. She's always available to answer my questions and provide guidance when needed. She's friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone gets the most out of the facility. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a welcoming atmosphere.

Tried buying my spouse a membership for the year and was going to pay upfront. While speaking to front desk staff the manager came over and cut her off. She was both rude and unprofessional. Laughed at me for asking about pricing and advised I go to another gym. Will not be back.

Awful customer service even from the "manager". They make you feel bad about not being able to afford the expensive membership and refuse to give out prices until you fill out a paper with your information. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my loving spouse and he left very upset and disappointed in his experience with staff. When he asked about startup charges he was told "do you know any gyms without one?" When he replied she told him to just go there then! Think twice. I would choose Planet Fitness a million times over this place.

Ok. The club is finally open. I really enjoy it. I just hope I do not see it go downhill, and that the staff holds the patrons to account. What do I mean.1. Club fitness policy: Re-rack your weights. Hold those accountable who cannot perform this simple task.2. No video taping. Believe me folks, you do not impress me, nor anyone else. No one wants to walk around your tripod.As long as club4fitness maintains these simple policies I will have no problem because the equipment is top notch, and who can't beat a 24 hr gym

I would like to say club fitness is a top notch place whoever is running that place should you give me a raise it's always clean and smelly good inside so I gave three thumbs up to the manager of tough fitness
