Great workout today. Classes on the second floor. Also Day Spa and massage therapy.Also an Inversion machine and Stand upon Vibration machine.very clean!

I attended a Zumba class here while vacationing. I love that they had drop in rates, and overheard them giving their annual rates to someone else and was shocked at how inexpensive a membership was…..less than the Y back in Ohio. That being said, you get what you pay for. The gym was very dark, dated and a little grimy. I really enjoyed the class. The instructor was high energy, easy to follow and the students made it super fun…they were a loud group hooting and hollering through class and that made this class alone a 5 ⭐️ rating!

Absolutely amazing. Someone who understands the various needs of those who exercise put this place together. Great balance of equipment. Best gym I have had access to in years. Also VERY clean and great staff. I travel a lot and am often frustrated by gyms and their limited options. Not this place. A true GEM!
