Went with a buddy, great atmosphere and coaches. Coach went through the WOD so there was no confusion. Highly recommended for any level athlete.

Staying for a long weekend in Titusville and decided on Friday that we needed to find a box to drop into on Saturday. We sent a message to the Facebook page that was replied to immediately. Dropped into the 9am Saturday class and were made to feel like we belonged there. We'll definitely be back anytime we are in town. Thanks again!!

This place is fantastic! Professional, motivating! My kids also do Kidfit CrossFit here and LOVE it! It has helped them physically, motivationally and spiritually. I highly recommend being a part of this experience!

My wife and I dropped in on multiple occasions while we were on vacation. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the programmed WODs were great. I’ll definitely drop-in if I’m ever in town again. 5 thumbs way up!

Great box! I dropped in from CrossFit Almaden, San Jose, CA. Victor was great via email. Matt was great, great coach, got me my waiver to sign while I wait for the next class. Everyone, the WOD, everything was great! I like how the WOD is on a screen in the front room so you can memorize it, while you wait, without walking in front of flying bars or something.

All of the coaches, as well as the members treat you with open arms and smiling faces. You become part of a family, a really good looking, well-toned family ;)This box also has a KidFit program that is geared towards building a sense of community, strength, and healthy eating habits that keep children engaged while beginning to understand how their bodies work. Coach Cristina taps into each child’s goals and goes the extra mile to build a personal connection with each individual child.
