Had a great experience dropping in here for 5 days while on vacation. Workouts were challenging, and were what I would expect from Crossfit. I especially enjoyed the Saturday beach WOD! I found all of the other members to be very friendly and accepting of a new face. I will definitely drop in here again if I find myself in Cocoa Beach!

Nice box. Not easy to find, may require second look. Dropped in as a guest while travelling. Great coach(es). Helpful advise given. Would recommend.

The most understanding, experienced, and professional service of fitness. Not only is the coaches there to support and help you but, there to guide in the right direction towards improvement towards self and mind. CFCB is a family like no wonder, that cares for everyone that walks in the front door. Nothing starts my day off like a little crossfit in the morning.

Crossfit in general is a wonderful experience and this "box" is no exception. Great coaches, facility and athletes. Everyone is very helpful and motivating. If you live here and need a workout change (or a workout), come on in. If you're visiting, "drop in".

Love this place. Challenging, but not intimidating. Coaches/trainers are very knowledgeable. They will teach and push, but always within your limits. If you are just dropping in while on vacation, you will enjoy the class with a friendly atmosphere. If you want to train for a competition, they will help, encourage and support you. It does feel like a family.
