More of circus then gym. Impossible to park then they invite food trucks taking up 5-6 spots, entrance is like a strip mall with people trying to sell you stuff. Have a guy making burritos in the front blatantly violating health codes and making the inside of the gym like a Mexican restaurant.

Quit trying to bill me and my wife. my membership was canceled more than a year ago. I’ve called multiple times and they confirm it’s canceled. Stop or I’m taking this to small claims court.

I do not recommend this gym due to the lack of professionalism.  I had an interview for Cleaning and the receptionist who assisted me (slender, black straight hair, blue eyes) was making fun of me on my face because of my age.  I am very disappointed.  I am 55 years old and in a good shape, I'm a strong person used to work hard.  She mentioned several times about my age but at the end she specified laughing that she's never had such an old cleaning lady in that place.  Really disappointed.  If she is so unprofessional, what she did to me, she could do it to another person, another coworker or client.  Im not gonna recommend this place to anyone.

Michael at the Melbourne crunch was a phenomenal personal trainer. Even with my previous experience he found a way to teach me unique exercises that helped me feel a better contraction in my muscles. Very knowledgeable guy and motivational, definitely check him out if you visit this gym.

Great gym aside from a few annoyances. Never enough room in the parking lot during peak hours and it floods incredibly easily. I should not have to wade through ankle deep water to get to my car. It's also pretty annoying being hassled about joining personal training after repeatedly saying no. I go here because I'm a cheapskate. I also don't appreciate the amount of people filming and taking pictures but that's gonna happen at any gym.Karen rant aside, great selection of equipment, gym is always clean and the staff is friendly. Just about the best thing you could spend 10 bucks on these days.

The gym is ok. Plenty of equipment. Nothing special from any other gym. By far my biggest issue is parking. There is NEVER any parking. People park on the grass medians for crying out loud. People race through the lot fighting for spots. And then this gym "tries" to do so theme nights once a month, but it is really just a select few trainers that dress up in a sports jersey and hang 4 or 5 banners near the entrance and call it good. And the food trucks they have park out front have no real healthy options at all. It is like they just accept any food truck to park without ever considering the menu options. I feel bad for the trucks just sitting out there, not making any money. I sure hope those trucks do not have to pay to be there because that means the gym is just robbing them blind and do not really care where the money is coming from. And that says a lot about ones greedy character.***EDIT/ADD***Decided to read what others have written in reviews. Cameron Gandy illustrates a pattern of greed because of a lame rule that one must cancel their membership 'in person'. This is the 21st century. Get your system online! Just peer laziness. And the owner appears to have copied/pasted some standard corporate answer pretending to care. Kind of makes me want to cancel my membership... I person of course 🙄

By far the best gym I’ve ever been to. Staff is great and very helpful, equipment is well maintained and the gym is always spotless. They have a fantastic personal trainers, I recently had a great experience with a trainer named Eric when I thought I pulled something in my shoulder, he showed and coached me through light workouts that were great for my shoulder, and even finished our training session with a stretch and light massage. 10/10 experience. I look forward to being a long time Crunch member and can’t wait for my next workout with Eric.

I'm an overweight 41 year old mom. I'll admit I was extremely worried about joining a gym. I was worried people would look at me and wonder what I was doing there. I was worried that big muscley men would laugh at me, that skinny, fit young women would snicker to each other about me. I've been going for about 3 weeks now and I have yet to feel uncomfortable or had anyone be anything other than kind to me. The workers are always smiling and nice and I never feel judged by them. My trainer Philip is great and doesn't push me beyond what I feel comfortable with. I have never seen the gym so packed you can't workout. They have so much space and so much equipment. They offer classes which look great but I haven't had the chance to take yet, included with your membership, at least with the highest tier. They have a plethora of different types of equipment, from cable machines to typical plate circuit machines, multiple free weight and barbell areas and a HIIT area with some cool stuff I haven't tried yet because I have no clue how to use it. Rows and rows of cardio from ellipticals to stairs to treadmills to different types of bikes. There are areas to stretch with foam rollers available. The locker room and showers have always been immaculate. I cannot say enough great things about this gym. Oh, and the top tier also includes tanning and the best aqua massage chairs ever.Update: almost 3 months later and I still feel the same. I love the time I spend here. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

The gym has everything you would need for a complete workout. From free weights to machines. I recently injured my back and could not do free weight, so I went to the machines to prevent pain or another injury and could finish a proper and complete workout. My favorite part about it is that there are platforms with bumper plates which you can drop and it’s perfectly acceptable. (As long as whatever you’re doing isn’t for the purpose of breaking anything of course).Would recommend to anyone!
