I tried to sign up for personal training (which I realize is done with independent contracting through the gym) my account was being double charged for over 2 months, which the personal trainer refused to correct, told me in writing my contract was canceled and was still charging me for. I had to place a fraud claim through my bank to stop them from taking money out. Now the gym is trying to charge over $500 to my account and refuses to correct this. It’s ridiculous.

My main reason for continuing to go to this gym is the sheer size and amount of weightlifting equipment. Even during more busy times, I usually don't have to wait long for anything or I can find something else that fits in with my workout. It's also probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to. On top of that, the employees are really cool and helpful. I've had Callie as a trainer for over a month now and I've had a great time with her and have learned new exercises that I've incorporated into my normal gym routine to great effect. I'd recommend this gym for anyone, whether you want to do classes or are a bodybuilder or just trying to get/stay in shape.

I signed up with Crunch Gym and had no intention of using a personal trainer. But I knew if I didn’t, I would have done what I’d always done…treadmill for 45 minutes and whatever machines were available. I would have never pushed myself. So, I decided to make myself a promise. I’d hire a trainer for 3 months and then re-evaluate. When I tell you that Ken Conol is amazing, that’s not just lip service. This guy is a God send. He has not only transformed my body (in 6 short months), but my MIND is so much stronger!! All those negative things we tell ourselves…things we think we can’t do. Ken has empowered me to realize, not only my physical strength, but also my mental toughness. I thought I lost that over 20 years ago, but Ken helped me find it. I’ll forever be grateful to him. He’s top notch!!

Very clean gym with high quality equipment and lots of open space. The trainers are beyond helpful—I had Callie and she was a gem! Jesse, personal trainer, is also incredibly kind and understanding. These trainers truly want the best for their clients and do well to prove this.I only gave 4-stars because the very strict contract commitments (gym membership and trainer membership) can put you in an unforgivable situation if you’re experiencing any financial difficulties.. However, the policies are of no reflection on the quality of the employees and gym space.

Tried out Crunch on the 1 day trial, Staff was very nice, friendly, polite. The gym and locker room are very clean, well kept. Plenty of advanced machines, weight benches and free weights. Treadmills are very good. The downfall are the machines for the rest of of us...they are awkward and uncomfortable compared to other gyms I have been to. Bottom line, if you use free weights and are mid-level to pro weightlifter, it is great. But not very good for us part timers.

I joined this gym August 2021 after visiting a few times with my sister. I started out doing the HIIT classes and loved the workout and how it made me feel. This is where I met one of the best trainers, Christian Allen.I highly recommend this gym for the size of the building, along with the variety of equipment that is offered, including a sauna, tanning beds and the best part….hydro massage beds. Crunch also has several classes you can attend. The staff and members I have met are extremely friendly and non judgmental….and this is coming from a person who has struggled with gym phobia. This commitment has made such an impact on my daily life in more than one way. The fear of working out alone is not an issue any longer. Definitely check them out.Honestly crunch has several great trainers to choose from, but today I want to recommend Christian Allen. He is such a versatile trainer who makes a personalized workout according to your needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a member for a couple of months and am stunned at the amount of people that use this gym. It has amazing variety of equipment and a great staff. Their hours are perfect for working people. Albert is my trainer and is very knowledgeable and an excellent person who keeps you motivated so you see and feel results quickly. I am so glad that I chose Crunch instead of my other options.

It’s a nice gym and nice staff but their business as a corporation is all about money full of false advertising. Everything says the lowest plan is 10 dollars but when you choose that one and ask about it, the lowest one is 15. They’ll talk you into a higher plan to start with and tell you to downgrade but there’s a 20 dollar fee to downgrade. And just make sure to cancel within a full 30 days or they charge you more. I would pay more because I like the gym but it’s more about the ethics of the company that I wouldn’t promote

I signed up for crunch fitness personal training program in May 2022. I chose to pay for my personal training in full as I wanted to avoid having to keep up with payment. I chose to do my personal training for only a three month period. I had two sessions left of my training when I noticed I had $196 taken out of my account from Crunch fitness. When I called Crunch fitness to inquire as to why this was done they asked me to contact my personal trainer, and I did. She agreed and recalled that I did the paid in full at the beginning of my personal training sessions. She said she would contact the personal training manager (Jesse Armstrong) and get back to me. When she got back to me she assured me he would take care of it.After a week of trying to have the manager contact me via phone directly as we had opposite work schedules, I finally got to the gym early enough to catch him while he was there. He apologized for the issue and said there was not going to be any future payments taken out again and made me feel confident that the payments were stopped. I was ok with that but I still asked him why that additional payment was taken out and that if I could have my money refunded. He essentially told me that my card was already charged and that even though I made it prominent I wanted to pay in full at the beginning, which I did, he informed me that “the system” was set up so that it takes out a certain number of recurrent payments. I was confused because there was never any “recurrence”, it was all paid at the beginning. He insisted that the money could not be refunded and that I needed to take the extra 4 personal training sessions. I made him aware that I did not want this and he kept repeating the same thing back. When I asked him who above him I could speak to about this issue he stated that he only speaks to his boss via email and that only he and very “particular” people were able to have his boss email? The most frustrating part though was this morning when I checked my bank account and noticed they AGAIN took out $196 from my account. I contacted the gym this morning at 10:57 a.m. and asked if the manager was available I was told he was with a client and that they would ask him to reach back out to me. I didn’t hear from him all day. It’s just very annoying to be in the middle of this situation and not know who to go to because not even the manager cares to help with a resolution.

My sister and I joined Crunch Gym around the end of October, Moe is our trainer, he's is always happy and makes working out fun! We've lost inches & weight and we're having a good time doing it too!He really cares about his clients and he goes above and beyond! He even does some of our workouts with us for encouragement. He's extremely supportive and so knowledgeable. I'm 64 and my sister is 66, we've never felt better! The gym is clean and the staff is so friendly! The cost is so reasonable too! I've never joined a gym before, I'm so glad we were lucky enough to join when we did and got him! He's become family too us.Thanks for always being there for us Moe!
