Way to busy all the time. Always crowded to the point it's almost unusable. They are always trying to push sales on to you like a vacuum salesman. Scummy business practice. Would not recommend getting a membership here!

Interesting. The gym hasn't opened yet. Opens on 6/12/21 and they already have positive reviews posted. I did join pre-opening. Let's see if these fake google reviews actually pan out!(Replying to Cruch's reply...)Nice try on your reply Crunch. The reviews you are referring to are NOT about the pre-sale center. The reviews are stating how great the gym is and yet, these were before anyone could ever workout. Just be honest. If Crunch is great - wonderful. If not, take the criticisms seriously and make it great. But don't post lies in reviews. You'll be over selling and under delivering and just hurt your company and employees.

So I just got charged an annual fee wasn't aware of so the low cost is not really true. Classic bait and switch on fees. Be aware of "extra" fees when signing up. Nice gym but the annual fee thing seems kinda shady to me.

The staff at this location is an absolute joke. Mainly interacted with some guy named Jayden/Jordan cant remember. Extremely arrogant and condescending. The other staff I dealt with all felt like used car salesman. The general manager was extremely cold as well. I cant believe so many people were this bad with customer service. After meeting the general manager, I suppose it makes sense. Also, beware of their ridiculous cancellation policy. Stay away.

My son signed up for Crunch Fitness before they even opened. However, due to certain family issues, he had to cancel within a month over phone, again still they have not opened till that time. He was given a valid cancellation document. However, they are charging to the credit card on file on a regular basis and even charged the yearly administrative charges.I believe they are not professional, do not maintain their billing correctly. I called them but they said they will get back but they have not got back. I will have to ask the bank to dispute these charges and reject any forthcoming charges.

Itā€™s a nice gym but itā€™s been open a little over a month now and some of the equipment is already broken (some of the treadmills, I noticed). I pay for the highest tier and the tanning isnā€™t even open yet (every time I ask when they donā€™t know). I feel like Iā€™m paying for amenities Iā€™m not even receiving. Other than that itā€™s a nice gym and I do like how staff is available to help and also how no one seems to pay attention to your workout (which is why I didnā€™t go to a gym for a long time). Hopefully my review will change when I see the things Iā€™ve noticed fixed.

Staff is AMAZING! They are so high energy and always smiling. I love my new founder's day tshirt and am proudly wearing it often. This gym is amazing with all it has to offer for such an incredible price. So many choices of equipment and the classes are going to make me want to visit every single day.

If you are looking to try out a gym, this is not the one. I went in and signed up for their premium membership which had a 90 day commitment and I also signed up for personal training with was an 8 week commitment. In addition to the 90 days for the membership a 30 day cancellation notice is required even if the notice you give is more then 30 days before your 90 days is up. So really 120 days or 4 months. Conveniently you will also be billed a $50 yearly fee before your 90 days is up as well. Now for the personal training, Iā€™m being told there was a 4 payment commitment after paying your initial payment. Personal training was never advertised to me as anything other then 8 week commitment with 10 day cancellation notice. Well, 1st I had to pay for 4 weeks up front and then I was billed bi-weekly. When all was finally cancelled I had paid for 12 weeks and only used 4. Trying this gym cost me over $1000 for less then 2 months of using it. Donā€™t worry tho, they will offer an apology

I visited one time with my wife and after they got my information I received nonstop texts and emails saying I could join for five cents. Itā€™s the ultimate bait and switch scam. This is only for the upper tier memberships. Just say the initiation fee is $49, thatā€™s still a great deal. Nice gym and I wouldnā€™t mind joining, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. And Iā€™m a little concerned of what future fees they may charge.
