Crunch Fitness - Wickham

The entire original staff is gone, but there are still some top notch instructors. Melany Barnes is an outstanding professional and a very sweet person.

I liked the positive atmosphere and friendly staff. There is plenty of equipment to accomplish my goals for a good basic work out, and plenty of free weights to do more.

At times there is severe shortage of weight machines. Unlike more expensive gyms, they don't have privacy changing areas. So they should at least put hooks in the showers to hold clothes and towels.Update; they now have a CNN feed. So I am increasing my star rating by a star. Will increase 1 more if they have spent the $20 to add hooks to showers.

0 effing stars!!! If you join and decide to cancel HA! Be prepared to pay $400+ what I had to deal with this sneaky company. No GM or owner was available to even speak to! What kind of business refuses to give the owners name?! The loud obnoxious harassment of the "Manager" Jessica what a rude person.she was like 10!They pressure you into signing then when you choose to not go forward. They become SHADY. Stay away!

I genuinely enjoy this gym. I go for the group fitness classes and have found them engaging and fun. My only concern is that they don’t wipe down ANY equipment during fitness classes. Interacting with other people’s (or my own) dried sweat is gross.

I stopped by for a workout while traveling and I was really impressed! I was expecting to have to fight for a squat rack but they have lots of weightlifting platforms and racks so I had everything I needed! They have all the traditional cardio and weight machines, a functional fitness zone with monkey bars and turf, and group fitness classes as well, even on new year's day! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They really care about their customers and are willing to go beyond expectations to serve them.

I go four times a week and the facility is always clean and staff are always friendly. In particular, Marco was very patient in helping set up my membership and setting me up with my trainer, Lexi. Every workout I have with Lexi flies by because it is such a genuinely enjoyable experience, and she is so motivational and kind that it pushes me past what I thought my limits were in each workout. I never see her without a genuine smile on her face and it is very endearing to see what good rapport she has with all the regulars. Marco and Lexi, as well as the Crunch facilities are helping me set feasible long-term goals to better myself and I am so very grateful :)

I’ve been to this Crunch for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly.

Crunch will leave flyers on your car, every single day, knowing that they get thrown on the ground. This leads to a dirty parking lot and me never wanting to spend money there

STOLE MONEY! DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU!I got a membership here and referee my mom, and fiancé to get memberships. My fiancé signed up for private coaching for $400/mo (which was stated on his physical contract). They girl who put in here computer accidentally put $400/ every 2 weeks. Was over charged by $800!!!! Went to the gym, and they admitted they made a mistake on their end, and said there was not anything they can do put put a refund request to corporate. It’s been 3 months + and STILL getting the run around! This is not the first time they overcharged, they did the same thing to my mom. And when I told my friends, they said this gym has overcharged them all before & that’s why they all canceled. Still trying to get our refund! RUN FROM THIS SCAMMING GYM!
