I didn't re-sign my contract. They won't do business with you unless you give them your bank account number. That is a bad idea for anyone to give someone access to your actual bank info.

Love it! Clean, spacious, machines that work, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, What else is there? Its good!

Great clean place to work out. Employees are pleasant.A PT on night shift would be great. Its supposed to be included in my membership but I'm not able to come in when day shift PT is available.

Clean place with lots of equipment. Not a gym with the best stuff, but still very good. Staff is friendly. Never too busy.

Clean facility, good equipment. However, I like to work out in a facility that leaves me feeling better about the day which is difficult here lately. One of the guys on the management team for the entire time I was there was F this and F that with a healthy sprinkling of most of the profanity I’m familiar with. I realize that the F bomb is an adjective to some but s constant diet of it gets old.

If you enjoy working out in a library or maybe even a retirement home.. this place is for you. Depressing, weird n etc. With only out-dated cardio TVs that don't work and a staff too intimidated by the senior community to even pay the radio loud enough to hear it.!!Make the drive over the causeway or join another franchise is my suggestion..

August 2021 Update:Since my last review I've traveled out of my way to visit the Satellite beach location.I go to the gym before work, and for me makes the showers a vital stop. Unfortunately this location cannot seem to fix theirs. Water temperature handles do not stay in one spot, shower head wands have nowhere to hang, curtains are small and broken, shower heads do not work and lately there are flies allover the last shower.The equipment needs some cleaning and repair. One knob on a cable machine has been broken for over a year. (Yes I said something to Phil last August)More small complaints- the music is always low and I think some of the speakers are broken or disconnected. No bench in changing area across from showers.Maybe this location should close for refurbishment?NOV 2021 update.No changes. Staff stare at their phones and never check the bathrooms.2022 update:New guy working overnight is the best. Works hard and is friendly. Always engaged with customers and present!!

Great staff. Almost perfect equipment. They could use a few more loose weights throughout the gym. Great amenities. The price is unbeatable.

So I hope that planet fitness being a big gym and all can fix this whole short staff problem. It's a real inconvenience paying for a gym that says 24/ but it not 24 hours. They said just for last week they were closing early but now it's going into another week. also how's it 24/5 if monday-thursday are only 24 hours that would make it 24/4 come on planet fitness tighten up. Guess I'll just have to drive 15 miles to your other gym n waste time and money just to keep my routine in check.

Im a new planet fitness member and am enjoying my experience at the gym. The certified physical trainer named Casey has been the best support with her vast knowldge, experience, and patience. She has made it worth it!
