The last two times I’ve been here I received no welcome. On both occasions I decided to test the waters and said “Hello” when I walked in and “Have a nice day!” when I left and received no response, just a deer in headlights look from the two younger staff. And today the leg machine that I was using was absolutely disgusting covered in sweat and was broken. Not to mention, no barbell bench. I’ll give it a few more times only because I have the Black Card, but will most definitely switch gyms if this continues. I don’t need some surly attitude from the younger staff every time I walk in - Get over yourselves!

Great value! Very clean facility with friendly staff, and absolutely no "gymtimidation."As someone who has been away from an organized gym since college, I really appreciate the advances in the equipment: There appear to be ample adjustments that can be made to accommodate many different body types. Almost all of the equipment has clear graphic instructions on how to adjust and operate each piece, as well as indicators on which muscles/groups will be utilized. As a beginner I can freely walk about trying out each machine; in time I'll develop patterns to exercise all areas well. I have tried going most every afternoon/evening of the week, and have never had any serious wait for equipment. Worth every penny!

Courteous and Professional Staff. Clean and up to date facilities with many amenities. Best value for your dollar. I hear many people knock Planet Fitness saying it a gym membership for those who don't really want to work out. Well I see it as a laid back gym with all the tools you could need or want to get into and stay in shape, without dealing with people tossing weights around and grunting like Godzilla. They don't have free weights but if that's what you need for your workout routine this would not be your choice anyway. Bottom line your success and results anywhere are going to be based on your level of determination. Also they have a personal trainer on staff who is also very helpful and willing to answer all your questions and a great asset when starting out. Best of all nobody is there to judge you.

Such a great and clean environment. My only complaint is that sometimes I want to figure out a machine on my own with trial and error, but a trainer always comes over and corrects me! How dare you be so helpful!

No barbell or bench press is offered. The no judgement aspect can be taken too far if you make any noise when you're pushing yourself harder. The facility is kept clean and the staff is generally friendly.

I wanted to cancel my membership..they told me to wait until after my contract was up to avoid $58 fee which I did. I canceled after my membership contract was up and I was still charged a $40 fee to cancel. They never informed me there are 2 seperate cancellation fees. Apparently, you have to cancel on the 25th of the month to avoid the fee. Thanks guys for not explaining that to me!!

Horrible place! Its dirty and people DO judge you as soon as you walk in. They stare you down and whisper. I tried to cancel and they charged me a 40 dollar fee even though my contract was up. They said I had to cancel 7 days before I was billed, which is always in the middle of the month, and when I told them it WAS 7 days before that, they changed their minds and said I had to cancel before the 25th (it's the 29th) which I never read in the contract. Waste of money!

For the price not too bad, plenty of cardio equipment. Small free weight section but lots of machine to make up the difference. Open 24 hours some days. Weekend hours are awful, if you work a full shift. Parking lot has zero lights, which is strange for a place that is open so late. Helps keep the heart rate up for your post workout avoid the assault walk to your car.

This club is A#1 for the price but when I recently contacted them to cancel because I had a stroke - they want of course proof so there is no cancellation fee - I am stressed enough but to cancel and return the month is I hope not going to a huge issue - I was informed to get proof, certify a letter- by golly if I can drive there myself it would be easier but darn it I said I just had a stroke -do you know what that means in terms of mobility?I will get this done on the 22nd. Planet Fitness a stroke does not pick a certain date just so members can cancel before the 10th of the month.I guess I will stick to Yoga- it is free to cancel the moves

Though they share a common name they are a franchise and available equipment can vary. At this location some of the equipment is older. They have the machines, but not the particular ones I like. All in all a good experience for most. This particular location is not my favorite though.
