The Yogi Perogi

I love this place. It is so warm and down-to-earth and inviting. All the instructors are pros and know their stuff. Their down-to-earth approach to yoga and the variety of classes suit a newbie to a expert and is by far the best in town.

It’s an amazing peaceful place with lovely people who emit good energy all the time. Professional and helpful. I would give this place a 10, and totally recommend it. I have been doing the aerial yoga class as well as the restorative one for my back and neck pain. It has been very helpful.

The Yogi Perogi is a fun, friendly, high energy studio with a great variety of classes. I’ve taken a number of different classes at The Yogi Perogi and have enjoyed them all. The Power and Vinyasa flows with Amy, Amanda and Rosalba are great challenging workouts. Koah’s Restorative and Yin classes are great for stretching and alignment. While Shannon’s Aerial class is a fun class that is great for new or experienced students who want to learn new aerial poses.

Amy and Koah not only succeed at leading a stellar yoga studio, but also at building community. Yogi Perogi has expanded my practice beyond simple flow- they offer an array of classes including core aerial, restorative, endurance conditioning (holy burpees!!), running club, and very helpful workshops. I have made some of my closest friends on the Space Coast through their yoga studio, and love that they support me in all that I do.

The Yogi Perogi is a wonderful yoga studio with a vast array of classes to chose from. They have Aerial, Prenatal, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Rock and Metal! Yoga, and Endurance Conditioning classes, just to name a few. They have classes for all levels and are very welcoming. I highly recommend this studio- there truly is something for everyone!

I'm so thankful to have found Yogi Perogi when we moved here, almost 3 years ago! This studio offers a lot of different classes, made for anyone and everyone! Prenatal yoga, Mommy and Me, Aerial Yoga, Endurance Conditioning, Power Up Flow, Restorative, Rock-n-Flow Yoga, Yoga at Intracoastal Brewing Company, and Run club. That list isn't even all the classes they offer! The teachers are amazing and supportive and the classes are fun and challenging! Thank you Amy and Koah for all you've done and for being such amazing people!

The Yogi Perogi is an awesome studio and anyone with any fitness level can find a class for them. I love love love their aerial yoga classes. I signed up for my first ever aerial class 2 years ago, feeling a little nervous not knowing what to expect but Amy explained everything thoroughly and developed a comfort level with her class that the nerves went away and 15 minutes later I was flipped upside down in the silk. I’ve been a loyal #frequentflyer ever since!

Been practicing with these folks for years. They have some of the most wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable teachers. You can feel how much they love their craft in every class and event.Any and all levels are welcome. I even did prenatal and now me and little one are in mommy and me classes.The Yogi Perogi has something for everyone!

When I feel like I'm falling apart, I go to The Yogi Perogi to put myself back together! Beautiful space, fabulous instruction, and a truly welcoming community! This studio is far and away my favorite place to practice.I started coming here for prenatal yoga, which proved to be an invaluable experience that brought so much positive change to my pregnancy and birth. The schedule offers a great variety, so I was able to re-build my individual practice postpartum at a measured pace by taking more of the Restorative and Yin style classes, while I regained strength and flexibility. The instructors are amazing, and were there for me through my whole journey! Now, I feel like part of the family, and I really can't imagine my life without The Yogi Perogi!!If you're reading this and wondering if this studio is for you - the answer is YES! This studio is for everyone!

I have been to many yoga studios and this one is the best in my opinion. They have a large variety of classes and reasonably priced class packages. They also have great workshops on special topics related to yoga. The place just has awesome energy and every person I've met there has been super nice. I love that they have classes that coincide with my lunch break so I try to go every day. Highly recommend!
