Amy is such a cool person and wonderful instructor. She made the class fun, safe and challenging. We've done a lot of aerial yoga and would rank this in my top 5 ever. We visited the studio on our vacation, but wish we lived near so we could practice here regularly. The studio has a cool vibe. Active, welcoming students. We felt at home in a single class. Do yourself a favor and go practice at Yogi Perogi!

Being in my 40's i decided to give yoga a try to help manage my stress and help with my flexibility, because ya know getting old.... the folks at the yoga perogi have always been very patient and deliberate in emphasizing that yoga is not static it is about getting what you need and learning to adjust based on your body and your intention..... they are always giving pointers and allow you to explore and expand at your pace ....it makes all the difference when you are new and feel about as gracefull and balanced as a 2 ton elephant

Great yoga studio, excellent teachers, kind supportive environment. If you're a beginner (even if your not) I'd recommend the Saturday morning Rock n Flow classes.

It was overall a great experience. I felt very welcomed and comfortable, especially since it was my first aerial yoga class. I will definitely be back again!

It was my first time stepping outside of my home yoga practice and I never once felt uncomfortable. I had a great experience, from the intention to start the practice all the way through to the song she played for shavasana, everything was perfect. Will definitely be back soon

I've tried pretty much all the more popular yoga studios in Melbourne, and this one is my favorite. Other studios can be too "Woo" (which is fine for those who love it =)), but I prefer a more relaxed and modern approach that accept you for who you are rather than trying to be someone you're not and to do what feels good for your body. Sure, other studios might be super decorated with lovely Hygge textures, but Yogi Pergoi just gets people. The classes here are more challenging than others and you really work up a sweat and groove to your practice. There's a sense of community even being new and people chat, talk, and laugh before class. It's a welcoming group and they get down to business once class starts. There's no judgement and it's just a great workout with great people.

The Yogi Perogi is a great yoga studio for people who enjoy aerial yoga. The instructor was fantastic. She spotted each of us when we did anything difficult until we became comfortable with the move. She also did a great job explaining exactly how to move so that no one accidentally did something that would result in an injury. Everyone had fun and it was a good workout.
