I can't speak highly enough about EMAC. From the moment you walk in you can feel the love Brian, Natalie & Josh put into this space. The coaches & instructors are second to none and laser focused on making sure you achieve your goals. After being in their FOCUS program for a year now, the transformation I've seen physically is beyond what I expected (thanks Nic!) and I'm with them for the long haul.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone on staff is kind and funny and caring. Natalie and Brian are always checking in. The trainers work you hard, but are patient. You can tell the staff loves their job because they're all always smiling and chatting. I am not a gym girlie, but I want to be the best version of myself. This is the first time I've ever found myself looking forward to classes. I work with Quay as part of the Transformation FOCUS program. He pushes me, but is so encouraging and understanding. I love Spin with Annie or John. Lisa and Josh (even though I tease him) are the best functional strength/team trainers. Carrie's classes are so fun! wwwLove this place! Trying to get everyone I know to join tbh. It's amazing to see people of all ages and body types and backgrounds working out together--the gym really has something for everyone!

The team at EMAC is welcoming and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this gym if you're needing to shake off the workout rust or just need a nice place to workout.

Friendly staff, and the gym is rarely crowded. I have never had any trouble accessing any of the equipment that I have needed to. The programming is very good.

I have never felt more included and encouraged by any other gym compared to EMAC! The coaches are amazing and really care about you and your goals. I came here from orange theory and will never go back. This place is WAY better. I’ve seen more results in 4 months than I saw in a year there.
