My wife Betty ClayI have been working out at Curves since about 2002. I love the fact that it is only a 30 minute workout. Being at Curves has kept my A1C level down by avoiding any medication. The staff there are wonderful and they do a great job of keeping you motivated. All and all Curves is a must for me.
