Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym equipments down time is minimumal and gym with restrooms are always clean

The woman who works weekday mornings at 4AM with light complexion and curly hair is extremely rude ALL the time and snarky. I have been to the gym for the past few months and have noticed most days there are 3/4 employees just standing in front gossiping. Many of the time there are no clean blue towels in the dispensers and it is getting way too overcrowded no matter what hour you go

Inshape please get a bike rack inside for paying customers. My kids go and I pay 100. A month for them to go and they have had 2 bikes stolen. Please take into consideration to have a bike rack put inside for paying customers. Please

In-Shape is a great gym for anyone who is doesn't enjoy Planet Fitness' odd policies, they have a pool, locker rooms, free weights, cardio machines, pretty much all you can ask for in a gym. The only issue is the staff is a bit strict, but you wouldn't notice it during a regular day-to-day session. The parking lot is usually full around peak hours though, so be prepared to walk a bit sometimes.

In-Shape has changed my life. It's wonderful to have a place to go where everyone is welcoming and non-judgmental. They have an impressive team of employees that are constantly moving and keeping everyone happy, super hard workers all around. There is a wide variety of machines and cardio equipment, a massive pool and hot tub, relaxing sauna, and massive training spaces. They recently remodeled and it looks amazing. I rarely cannot get a machine I want and there are always sanitizing supplies available. I have a membership that grants me entry to all active and lifestyle clubs and this is still the only gym I go to
