One of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. People are super nice. Forget that some of the equipment appears old. They have every piece of equipment that I love. I have been lifting since the 70s and this place rocks!! I cannot day enough great things.

Work out here every other day. Because there usually aren't that many people here, most of the machines are open, which in turn maximizes my workout!

First visit and I was impressed...Very nice owner and the place had a very nice vibe. I think we will join....UPDATE...We joined the club and love it. This place never seems to be too crowded. All the equipment is very clean and in great condition. They also keep it very cool inside
