I started training with Lynn to get ready for my wedding and ended up staying and training with her for several years. I came in with little to no experience and she made you feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I feel like I got the results I wanted and also a friend out it. She is very personable and sweet. I had some knee issues along the way and she worked well with me to not further injure it and had the patients I needed. I would highly recommend going to Lynn, she’s outstanding!

You don't need a 2 story building to have a great, up to date gym. No contract. $15 monthly.

The BEST gym in town !!! All the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and the group classes are fun and effective. The atmosphere is clean and upbeat. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in his gym. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out, I promise you'll love it just as much as I do !!!!!!!
