David is a great personal trainer. He has helped me and my boyfriend live a healthy and fit lifestyle. He provides workouts specific to you and keeps track of calories. We have already gotten great results after a couple weeks. He really focuses on doing the workouts correctly, and it’s helpful if you have previous injuries or bad technique. He also is very good at accommodating your schedule.

David has been a fantastic trainer, taking the time to get to know my needs and more importantly, my body's needs before even pulling out a kettlebell. The workouts are hard and targeted to get you where you need to be. Can't recommend enough!
