UPDATE: First of all, the coaches and most of the front desk staff here are wonderful!! Sadly, I am cancelling my membership here due to a poor experience that I had with an employee who is now, unfortunately, the studio manager. In the meantime, I have until early November to use my classes as I'll still be charged until then. I plan to hesitantly go to this location, but very motivated to go to locations further from my home to avoid being uncomfortable. I travel for work, so I've been to many OTF locations, I've been a member since around 2019, and this location has sadly given me a poor experience that I cannot seem to shake.I am updating my review from five stars to three, because I wrote the first one for a BINGO game and I believe in accountability. The employee knew her interaction with me was poor, aggressive, and profoundly unnecessary. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and say to myself, "she must have been having a really bad day." Unfortunately, I have observed unwelcoming behaviors from this individual on more than one occasion and no accountability was taken on their part for the situation. It leaves me with a feeling of dread when coming to class to get an excellent workout in. So much so, that I typically have avoided going to class at this location. I have been paying for a membership that I sadly do not enjoy having anymore, so I have decided to join a different gym entirely. I hope this individual learns from their mistakes and engages in conversations with their staff and members in a positive way, checking that ego and attitude at the front door.
