I love this gym so much! I’ve been going here for 3 months and have become addicted to the workouts. The coaches are all so awesome, so encouraging, and really push you to be the absolute best you can. I genuinely love working out with every coach. Orangetheory is sort of half way between a regular gym and personal trainer. One of my favorite things about OTF is that there’s a new workout every single day. It keeps your body and mind guessing and never gets boring. I’m fortunate that my schedule allows me to go 6 days a week, and I only don’t go 7 days to force a rest day. The workouts are adaptable to every level from beginner to athlete. I moved to Idaho in August to start a very high stress job and OTF has helped keep me sane.

I love that its as challenging as you are willing to make it. All ages and body types are welcome. No judgment and its a all around fun, encouraging environment. All the coaches and staff are amazing. Love how the coaches actually care to push you or make sure your alright if your having an off day or struggling with an exercise or a station. I really like that there are always options for every station or exercise if your unable to do that action/station for the workout.

My first/home studio is the Orange Theory in Lehi, UT. I can really only compare my experiences between the two locations since being in Boise this summer. The workouts are the best. I come daily if I can / if I'm not too sore, but the workouts are the same across the country, no matter what location you're at that day. The trainers are just as lively, energizing and motivational across the board. They like to play more 90s music which I dig.Meridian seems much busier. More classes fill up, so I have to sign up for wait lists much more often. Luckily a lot of people drop, but sometimes it's last-last minute.Lehi gives you the option of where you want to start the workout when you check-in (treads, rowers, weight floor). Meridian does not. They usually tell you where you're assigned when you check-in.Meridian's studio has less room to do floor exercises by the rowers. You have to stagger or move away from other people to avoid running into people. I am always so thankful for the generous airflow that help keep everyone pushing forward. The workout is worth it, hands down. The facility is always clean, and the staff are friendly. I have never felt so strong and had this much endurance in my life = life-changer.
