Great gym, clean…size was the only thing keeping it from 5 stars…small is fine, but can be crowded…just happened to be so when we went.

This is seriously the cleanest gym I have ever been to. All the machines work AND are maintained. I am currently a member at another gym but was seriously impressed by this one

Been going here for a year now. My wife and I love The Gym! Super clean, friendly and has everything we need. The owners are super nice and listen to input from the members. Machines are always kept clean and running tip top shape! Honestly I want to be selfish and say skip this place because of how great it is and keep this a hidden gem in Star. You won’t regret coming here!

The new owners always keep it super clean, all of the equipment is good quality and not broken, It’s clear they take pride in the layout and atmosphere. Always a super good vibe in the gym, and I especially love the addition of the Echo Bike and Assault Runner treadmill! Not to mention they recently traded out the somewhat dated treadmills to all matching high quality treadmills. I’m a runner, and it’s nice to use a treadmill that doesn’t have all the BS heart rate/age charts and different programs that people don’t ever use. Hit any percentage incline button, or any mph button and it quickly gets there. Kind of an obscure preference, but it’s nice! Also it’s the only gym in Star that has a squat rack, which it has two. 5/5

Awesome little gym located on State in Star Idaho! Friendly gym members and really has everything you could want. Two squat/deadlift cages, a turf area, good weight selection, lot of machines to do legs on and a nice cardio area. Bought a day pass and loved it! Would go here if I lived in the area!
