Overall this is a great gym. The price is reasonable and it has an impressive amount of equipment for how small it is. The owners are friendly and do a great job maintaining the building/equipment. The other members that I have interacted with are all very friendly and help to create a comfortable environment to work out in. As mentioned earlier this is a small gym so if you are looking for exotic equipment or multiple of every machine this is not the gym for you. The gym normally had no more than 8 people in at a time and you can often find less than 3-4 other people.

If you are looking for an awesome gym, THE GYM is the place for you. This gym is locally owned and the new owners have really stepped up and taken THE GYM to a new level. Great atmosphere, great equipment, and great people. They have everything you need from cardio to free weights to functional equipment. The place is super clean and the monthly fee is very reasonable. Highly recommend! Come and work out here, you won't want to go anywhere else!
