Eric, the owner, was awesome! He personally showed his gym to me and he discussed the philosophy of his training and approach to fitness education. He's an intelligent and engaged owner/trainer who definitely knows his stuff! What a great facility he has established and his reputation for delivering high quality training is well know among the fitness community. MECCA ROCKS!
