the uplifted gym has a great and positive environment for all levels of fitness I've been working out for a couple of years and decided to get a trainer to help me really dial in my training and kira has been great for that she's always listening and pushing me as well as finding places for me to improve in. its truly a great place to be at for your fitness journey thanks guys!💪

I came to Trevor and shared with him what I wanted to do and what my goals were. He created a plan for me that is straight forward and easy to follow. After just one month I am seeing results that I thought would take 2 to 3 months! Uplifted Gym is a place where anyone can feel comfortable and achieve their goals.
