Hey Trevor! I just finished up 6 weeks with Hali Stark. I just wanted to share a bit of feedback.That girl is GOLD!WOW.She is amazing. I knew almost nothing going in. She is so knowledgeable, I think for any level. She takes the time and is an awesome motivator.I increased weights like crazy. I lost inches, fat percent, and pounds.I Gained a whole bunch of confidence in the gym. And most importantly knowledge of how to lift properly with good form.I don’t care what her age is or her perceived experience. She could train anyone and train them well.She’s a keeper.

Uplifted Gym is hands down the BEST gym I’ve ever gone too. I train with Jewel. She immediately made me feel welcome and is the most amazing trainer!! I feel so comfortable every time I workout and never feel judged. Trevor (the owner) is so friendly! Always smiling and kind to everyone. I feel like the trainers he hired are a big reflection of him. They are all friendly. I highly recommend Uplifted Gym to anyone looking for a new gym. You won’t be disappointed!!

Uplifted Gym is easily the best gym in the Treasure Valley. The equipment is top notch, it’s clean, and everyone is so kind and considerate. I train with Jewel, and the programs she creates for me have absolutely changed my life! I feel so much more confident in my body, and in being at the gym in general. I used to have major gym anxiety, but I don’t here. Highly recommend!

Jewel at Uplifted is AMAZING! If you are looking for someone to give you tough love, she is your girl. She is great at helping you set reasonable goals and get you on a good nutrition plan for your body. The gym is very clean and everyone is very professional. Uplifted gym is by far the best gym I have had a membership at.

I've been training with Jewel for about a month and I already feel much stronger and more confident with all of the equipment. Her program is more detailed than any program I have been on before. I was really impressed with her knowledge and the tools for my program and journal.Uplifted as a gym seems to have more female members than males, which I really enjoy and find less intimidating for me personally. It is a bunch of strong ladies! Everyone I have met has been really friendly and supportive. A great community.

I’ve grown more as an athlete in the time that I’ve worked with Trevor then I have with several coaches combined. The amount of time and energy he invests into each and every one of his clients is unmatchable. The training and nutrition is scientific and he breaks everything down as to why we are doing it a certain way. Much respect and looking forward to the continual progress with Coach Trevor.

I’ve been coached by Trevor for over 6 months. I am always impressed by how much he invests in his clients. From holding me accountable (in a supportive way), sending me science backed tips and articles, and just overall fun personality...you really can’t go wrong. I’ve become stronger, improved my technique, and improved my nutrition; all things important for spartan racing. Trevor knows his stuff, every bit of programming is science based while incorporating my individual goals and body type.Bottom line, I highly recommend!

Fantastic trainer who knows his stuff. Trevor built me a custom plan after a lengthy discussion of the goals I wanted to achieve. We focused on my goals and made it a priority to push me without risking injuries that could impact my work. Definitely not a “one size fits all” type of trainer.Saw amazing results in only 6 weeks and it keeps getting better. I’ve recommended him to several friends.
