I have been training with Caitie for over 2 years. She has pushed me to my limits so that I can reach my goals while keeping me safe and injury free. I gave her complete control of my training and nutrition and the results have been amazing. She is one of the most dedicated trainers I have had, she loves what she does and it shows. Her gym has all the equipment one might need. Her members range in age, gender, weight and height and are all given individualizad attention. Come join the family

Caitie truly cares about her clients. She takes the time to answer your questions be it about fitness or nutrition. I love her small group classes!! They are extremely challenging, motivational and fun. The people in my classes are all amazing, inspirational and kind. Caitie makes you feel like you are part of a family, not just a customer.

What can I say? The classes are great! Something new every time which makes it fun. Caitie incorporates strength and cardio and that is so perfect for me. I love the one on one too. I am learning the proper technique to get the most of my workout minus injury. She also helps us with our nutrition which is key for me. Plus Caitie makes it fun!!

If you find yourself with an hour and are looking for something to do, I would highly recommend a class with Cait!! Her boot camps are fabulous, encouraging and push you as far as you want to be pushed!
