Had an amazing experience at this gym and saw great results within the first few months of joining. My personal trainer Hunter helped me with my form and was my best cheerleader. He taught me many different exercises to help improve my strength and put muscle on. Dale, the instructor in the morning group sessions was also a great trainer for everyone and kept the workouts interesting. If you are not sure where to start your fitness journey, start here.

Mesa PT has been fantastic! I have been attending for a few months now, and have loved my experience.I was assigned to Hunter as a trainer and he has pushed me to achieve my goals. I went in for weight loss, and have acquired just that. I managed to go down 2 dress sizes with their help.I also strongly recommend the 5:15am class. That strength training class works out every part of your muscles, while building a strong connection with everyone that attends.

Friendly place. Guidance and accountability are available at different price points (individual trainer, group classes, etc) to suit different needs and budgets. I've been going 3 or 4 times per week for almost 4 years, and have seen improvement in my balance and core strength. Whatever your goals, they can help you!

I've been attending the group fitness classes 3-4 times a week and a weekly lifting session with Noelia for a little over two months now. The classes are great, 45 minutes of HIIT with exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.Noelia has helped me work on compound lifts with an emphasis on large muscle groups to quickly grow lean muscle mass.The group instructor, Dale always has things started on time, is great at teaching new exercises, and is constantly willing to help me protect my joints.The trainers are positive and have been great to work with, but it's the other trainees in the class who really make the class. They are constantly providing positive feedback and help to keep the drive high until the end of class.5 stars, recommended.

I joined this gym back in October 2022 and since then I have had nothing but results. 1000% worth the investment. Big thanks to my trainer Donnel!
